I grew up with a chocoholic mother and until age 13, I only knew chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.  What was carrot cake?  And how did you put ‘fun’ in a Funfetti cake?  I’m still making up for those lost birthdays and that’s why I am so excited to make a rainbow cake!  A very big thank you to One Charming Party for the recipe and tutorial!  My one alteration to this cake would be to use Funfetti frosting instead.
