It’s nearly the Chinese New Year and what better way to celebrate than with this cute macarons that look like Chinese lanterns?  (Or cherry bombs, hehe.)  They’re filled with a sweet Jackfruit buttercream.  I’m pretty sure mine won’t look anywhere near as pretty as these ones but I might have to give the recipe by Raspberri Cupcakes, a Sydney food blog, a try!
